About Rashied Arekat

Rashied Arekat brings over 13 years of Marketing and sales experience to his day-to-day operations as a real estate professional. Starting his career with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Rashied has used his formal education to implement tried and true marketing principles throughout every aspect of his business. As a real estate professional, his expertise goes far beyond simply "listing" a home, as he truly understands the role a proper marketing campaign can play. This understanding has kept Rashied successful through both the best times and more importantly the worst times in real estate. Providing a level of service that is unmatched, Rashied takes pride in making an otherwise difficult transaction at least a bit less stressful.

 

Rashied has a great understanding of the emotional toll the buying and selling of a home can take on a person. He attributes this to originally specializing in first-time homebuyers where many of them felt it was the most critical decision in their lives to date. He says "My goal is to make sure I can be there through the good and bad portions of a transaction, I know it will not always be easy but if I can provide a sense of stability in an otherwise unstable deal, I have done my job.".

 

Now focusing on the Luxury Market, Rashied has used this experience to set his high-end marketing and understanding apart from many other real estate professionals. This level of service has earned him many performance-based designations and accolades in his field. While he thrives in his career as a Real Estate professional, his truest passion is music. An accomplished songwriter and producer, Rashied spends his evenings in his state-of-the-art music studio in the Scottsdale Airpark. " Besides my family, There is only one thing more in life I love more than the art of the deal and that is writing music. I have been writing since 4th grade and to me it allows me to be truly honest and the best version of me I can be.".

 

When not in the studio or closing a multi-million dollar deal, you can find Rashied at a gym where he trains 6 days a week. You can also spot him throughout the valley enjoying live music gigs from jazz to pop music and everything in between.

 

His impressive accomplishments as well as the success of his team members have set up Rashied for a 2018 that is sure to expand on his already notable career growth.
