About Nick Arekat

With over 20 years of hands-on Real Estate experience, Nick Arekat has long been a staple in the Arizona real estate market. After moving to the Phoenix Area in 1994, Nick witnessed the amazing growth of the Valley and it inspired his career choice. Teaming with his mother Zee who has been an agent for over 30 years, Nick knew then that this was calling.

 

Focusing early on buyer representation, Nick has developed a great understanding of the needs of his buyers. Making sure he is always ahead of the curve, Nick is always aware of trends in design, color palettes, and the latest trends in appliances and finishing. He can give his buyers a deep understanding of what will give them a comfortable lifestyle as well as always guiding them on what would make a sound financial investment.

 

As for seller representation, Nick has a unique way of helping his clients get the most out of their properties in the quickest possible way. He has helped many sellers sell their homes for the highest price per foot in many different areas.

 

Working with investors as well as owner users, Nick's reputation for service has kept him busy during the boom in the market as well as the downfall. Nick doesn't rely on economic cycles for his business development, as he puts it; "I like to make sure I am not relying on economic trends for business, and the only way to ensure that is by providing a high level of service consistently regardless of what is happening around me.".

 

His wife of 15 years and his two kids keep Nick motivated to work as hard as possible. "I want to be able to put my daughter and son through the best schools and give them the life my parents worked hard to give me. I am very blessed and I want to pass that on to my wife and children." Beyond work, Nick has a huge passion for Cars. His love goes back to the age of 3 when his father took him to see his first Indy Car Race in Long Beach, CA. Since then, whether it was classic cars, sports cars, or luxury cars, Nick's passion is unwavering, and as he says; "My second greatest motivation besides my family is cars, I look forward to having a great car collection one day.".
